As I said in previous post, I tried to write at least mini summary for the past year (it’s never too late) from the draft I had. It’s not a top, because lists contain dissapointing but memorable experiences.

Movies

• Perfect Days — best movie. Visually stunning, with philosophy that deeply resonates with me.
• Trolljegeren — movie from which our local “trash-cinema club” was borned.
• Furiosa – massive dissapoinment, so much wasted potential.

Games

• Prince of Persia: Lost Crown, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Eldtree are my top 3.
• Sackboy: A Big Adventure and Trine 4 — best couch coops. Lots of laugh and joy.

Books

• The Expanse series is the best I read from fiction.

Shows

• Shogun — I’m biased to anything about Japan, but it’s a really good show.
• Bear s03 — all episodes are somehow good, but every season have THAT episode. This time it’s “Napkins”.
• House of Dragon s02 – dissapointed, but will watch the next ones.

Concerts/Festivals

• Rock Im Park festival – love Nuremberg, love this fest.
• Lazarvs – big difference between records and live (in a good way).
• Manntra — amazing gig by Croatian band.

Boardgames

• Gloomhaven – still in progress. New character classes improved gameplay a lot.
• Spirit Island – a game which works for desperation from the very first turn.

Trips

• Nuremberg (Rock im Park), Dortmund, Helsinki – that was our trip, that even border guards looked at route strangely. However, great and different experiences in each place.
• Midžor — just hiking to the mountain, with good company and breathtaking views.
• Sofia (Bulgaria) – visiting best friend, that’s all you need for a great holidays.
